This session is built to find where it sits in yours.

We go deep, and fast. What’s really holding the business back, what staying on the current trajectory is costing, and the two or three decisions that could change it.

Watching a peer explain, very reasonably, why the obvious move isn’t possible yet is usually where CEOs see their own reasoning most clearly.

What it’s costing the business, and your next move. No slides, no framework, no model to take home.
The sparring is real, so the room has to be private. Nothing is recorded and there is no replay. What’s said in the session stays in the session. It’s kept to ten people so it stays a conversation, not an audience.
